As Christians and Lutherans, WORSHIP is the most important thing we do; both as individuals and together!  It is EPIC!– Experiential, Participatory, Image-driven and Communal.  God invites and gathers us all into his house and there we hear the Word of God for instruction and encouragement and celebrate the sacraments of the Church, Holy Baptism and the Lord’s Supper to be sent back into the world to serve in God’s world.

Currently, in-person Worship has been suspended. Services are Live-Streamed on Facebook each Sunday.

Starting in July, there will be a few 8:00 am “Parking Lot” Services. These services are also live-streamed for those who do no wish to be out in the heat. Guidelines for “Parking Lot” services can be found on our forms page.

8:00 am Worship
This worship service uses a variety of traditional liturgies that follow the ancient Christian liturgal form from the 4th Century. User-friendly bulletins are provided. Each service includes a corporate confession of sins for all who have gathered, hymns of praise, a prayer of the day, appointed scriptures from the lectionary followed by a message from the pastor. Prayers for God’s people everywhere are offered. Children’s messages are shared each Sunday. Holy Communion is celebrated weekly. The worship leaders normally vest according to the seasons of the liturgical church calendar. Music is led via an adult choir accompanied by both organ and/or piano.

10:30 am Worship   A casual and informal setting is evident when people gather, yet recognizing God’s holiness and presence is the priority! It is God’s House! All are welcome! Using a 21st Century model of emerging worship in America, this service is a refreshing transition leading the worshiping community from one week toward a strengthening of faith into the next. A multi-generational gathering of people attend this service led by the New Life House Band. The Pastor and worship leaders dress in a less formal manner. Holy Communion is celebrated weekly. Children’s messages are shared each Sunday as well. All are sent back into the world to love God and serve our neighbor.
