Thanks to All for a Memorable 2026 Vacation Bible School at New Life!
During the first week of August, New Life Lutheran welcomed local youth to our table for 2026 Vacation Bible School (VBS)! ❤️
“At the Table” is an ELCA World Hunger VBS theme inspired by the story in the Gospel of Luke, where the resurrected Jesus appears to two travelers and is recognized as they break bread together.
Throughout the week, our VBS guests gathered around the table to learn, sing, play, create, share, and celebrate. We read Bible stories, sang songs, played games, made crafts, and wrapped up the week with a wonderful church picnic! 🌭🎶🎨☀️
A heartfelt thank you to the families in our community who shared their children with us for the week. Thank you to Pastor Kim for leading our VBS and sharing her faith and joy with everyone. And thank you to all of our amazing New Life volunteers who gave their time and energy to make VBS such a special experience.
We are grateful for every smile, every song, every conversation, and every moment shared around the table.
